High-quality rice. Natural Product of Albufera in Valencia with Protected Designation of Origin. Dried in the sun with the Mediterranean breeze.

Produced in La Isla de L’Estell. This is a “tancat” land from the Albufera lagoon in Valencia, which, due to its privileged location, produces the highest-quality rice.

The production process is based on ancient techniques adapted to new times. Among other techniques, we use manual transplantation of rice to cover the areas of the terraces where the rice has not yet germinated, manual weeding and removal of weeds by hand, to obtain natural rice.
